Who you're buying from
This website is operated by Sharon Spaull, trading as Immaculate Bouquets, of Cranbourne, Victoria, Australia. Contact: sharon@immaculatebouquets.com.au.
What you're buying
Every product sold here is a soap flower bouquet: a decorative arrangement of scented glycerin soap petals shaped by hand into flower forms. They are not fresh flowers and they are not intended to be eaten, bathed with, or used as cosmetics. Each bouquet ships with a care card saying the same thing.
Because every bloom is shaped by hand, small variations in colour, petal count and exact dimensions are normal and expected. Product images and dimensions are a fair representation, not a guarantee of identical output.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment is processed by Square; we never receive or store your full card number. Your order is confirmed only once payment has been completed, at which point you receive an emailed receipt marked paid.
If a price is listed in error, we will contact you before making the order and offer you the correct price or a full refund.
Delivery
We currently hand-deliver across Cranbourne & surrounds. Delivery is a flat $11.95, and free on orders over $80. Free pickup from Cranbourne is available by arrangement.
Requested delivery dates and windows are honoured wherever possible but are not guaranteed. If we cannot meet a date we will contact you before the day, and you may choose a new date or a full refund.
If nobody is home, we will leave the bouquet in a dry, shaded place and send you a photo. If there is no safe place, we will take it away and arrange a second delivery at no charge.
Cancellations
You may cancel for a full refund any time before we begin making your bouquet — in practice, up to 24 hours before your delivery date. Email us with your order number.
After making has begun we can no longer offer a full refund, because the bouquet is made to your order and cannot be resold.
If something is wrong
If your bouquet arrives damaged, incomplete, or is not what you ordered, email a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We will remake and redeliver it at no cost, or refund you in full — your choice. There is no restocking fee and no form to fill in.
Because these are made-to-order handmade goods, we do not accept change-of-mind returns once a bouquet has been made. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees goods are of acceptable quality, match their description, and are fit for purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes those guarantees.
Care and safety
Keep bouquets out of direct sunlight and away from water, steam and humidity. The faint dewy sheen on the petals is glycerin and is normal. Soap flowers are not toxic but they are not food — keep them out of reach of small children and pets.
We are not responsible for damage caused by exposure to water, heat, direct sunlight or humidity after delivery.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has accessed your account. We may suspend an account used for fraudulent orders.
Gift messages
We write your gift message by hand exactly as you type it, so please check your spelling. We reserve the right to decline to write a message that is abusive, threatening or unlawful, and will contact you if that happens.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published at the moment you placed it.
